GET TO KNOW ME

Anyone can become a Home Inspector in New Jersey and Pennsylvania by taking a 140-hour class and passing the National Home Inspector exam.  But I believe that a person's background and experience go a long way to determine the quality of service provided to their clients.  I have been doing some form of construction since High School. In that time, I have held a number of varied positions including: full time Habitat for Humanity Volunteer, Lumberyard Sales, Handyman, Maintenace Supervisor for a year-round camp/conference center and Andersen Window Service Technician. These experiences have given me a broad knowledge base from which to draw when conducting a Home Inspection.

I strive to provide as complete a picture as possible for my clients about the condition of the home I am inspecting. Whether it be a buyer or someone getting ready to list their home; information gives them the tools to make informed decisions.  Part of that process is giving them insight and perspective on the issues that are found.  I always say that if I only do the inspection and write a report, I am only doing half my job.  The other half is to be a resource and help educate the client. I enjoy sharing knowledge to help clients feel more in control of and comfortable with their decisions.

Find out what clients and Realtors have to say about me.  There are two Google review pages you can check out.  First is for the US Inspect NJ team at https://g.page/us-inspect-new-jersey/review and the second is on my Google Business page at

Get to Know US Inspect

As you can see from my shirt in the picture above, I work for US Inspect.  Having a well-established and reputable partner handle all the back-office details frees me to focus on being a Home Inspector and serve my clients.

US Inspect has been providing Home Inspections throughout the country since 1987.  In order to join their team, I had to participate in 20 ride along inspections with an experienced inspector and write reports.  This allowed them to not only evaluate my knowledge but also my ability to clearly report findings to the client.

Since joining US Inspect in 2018, I am proud to be part of this team of professionals.  With IT support, a dedicated reservation center to assist clients and 24-hour online scheduling I know they have my back. For more information about the company, you can check out their website at www.usinspect.com.
