During construction there are multiple sub-contractors (masons, framers, roofers, electricians, plumbers, HVAC, etc) working on a home at various times. Coordinating everyone is a challenge to say the least. Sometimes things get missed or done improperly. The last opportunity to rectify these issues "easily" is before the drywall and insulation are installed. Finding out afterwards usually leads to extra time, greater expense and sometimes damage.
